?How does prepare a POA

If you are an overseas Iranian , may you will be involved with properties cases in Iranian courts in the future

According to the principal 49 of constitution, if any person abandons his/ her properties, Emam organisation on behalf of government will ask to the court of forty nine principal to seize them till owner come back to country or take an effort to manage own properties by a legal representative or delegat through arrangement a P0A

To set up a POA requires to organise some documents requirements such as New Iranian ID if you are an inheritance perhaps you must request for an Iranian death certificate from  your own Iranian embassy where is accountable to do Iranian citizens affairs

Accordance with new decisions by ministry foreign affairs per property needs a separate POA , it means if you have several properties probably you are not authorised to give one POA for all

In the past to provide any POA people went on internet upload an application, fill it handy and post it to embassy but recently this process is provided only online

.To receive any POA people should pay fees regarding foreign ministry rules
